Ordered 2 chairs next day delivery. They did not arrive and after 2 phone calls and being told they will be with you, still not here. Called for 3rd time and told out of stock at warehouse wait another week, after 3 weeks and talking to customer service manager only 1 chair arrived and different one to the one we ordered. Called customer service manager Friday and told she was in a meeting and could not phone me until following Monday. Spoke to an advisor who was unhelpful, dismissive, no apology at all and I was obviously an inconvenience to her. Have given up and asked for refund, but after reading revues about terrible customer service and refunds not forthcoming am now very worried.
Would not recommend this company at all.
