They somehow managed to add someone else's balance transfer to my account and expected me to pay it - without the special balance transfer rate! When I contacted them emails and 'phone calls were exchanged over many months. They kept on telling me to contact the credit card company they had sent the money to and ask them to give ASDA back their money! When you 'phone them they can tell you your online username etc. It made to concerned and worried how secure my account details are if their staff have this level of access???
