“Sunken seats”

I bought a seven seatersoafa it fell apart after one month I complained it's been five months still nothing has been done they said they would repair it try agreed it was a mana factors fault the tecnittions failed to turn up on two appointments I don't know where to go next I would like a refund or a new one but I think that's wish full thinking on my part if any one has any advice for me please put a repliy
