“Rip off company”

This company sent me a renewal which was over £180 more than I found FROM THE SAME COMPANY online. I rang up and even then they quoted £150 less than the renewal figure. They also helped themselves to the premium in advance of the renewal date and I'm still waiting for a refund. I've renewed with them, but don't trust them to renew - you'll get ripped off. This practice should be illegal. They made excuses about home details etc being different - everything is exactly the same. SHARKS.

All the reviews will be good because they don't ask existing policy holders to review, only new customers. The people they've ripped off already won't be asked and probably won't even be aware they've been defrauded like this. Don't trust the reviews - they'll be biased.
