I booked my ticket online, when i got the confirmation it was completely different than what i booked. i called them to correct it they advised me that they would charge me $75. per piece for tickets that cost $150 to correct their error. after 4 phone calls and almost 5hours of dealing with their customer service department my issue was unsolved. i ended up cancelling my ticket and is now out money and no ticket. there so called manager sounded worse than the reps. they all sounded like they were in the basement somewhere in the philipinese and don't care. i am Beyond disappointed that they don't care at all about there customers.
i should have read these reviews first.
