“Double French Doors to new extension.”

(1) I asked for open out doors that will open back to wall. As installed they do open out, but the doors do not open out to the wall. See John Stevenson survey dated 7/05/2014.
(2)For a new extension I understand that trickle ventelation is required to comply with regulations.
(3) The doors do not lock at the head. This is a very critical fault. Please rectify ASAP.
(4) Item(2) re trickle ventilation, also applies to the window.
Items (1) and (3) are critical. Please rectify.
