It is now 1day before my lift leaves (at 7.00 am) for a weekend festival in France. I am still just receiving the same generic email from Viagogo. Explaining I will receive my tickets on plenty time for the event. Now I dont think I'm alone is saying the day before is not plenty of time. I booked this ticket 4 months ago. They sent me an eticket but then immediately told me it was void. The seller was no longer selling the ticket. It took 3 months to finally get one of the imbeciles that work for them to send in an email that if they couldn't find another ticket I would get refunded. In fact for the 3 months previous whenever I brought up a refund they beat around the bush and sounded very dodgy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
