“PetPlan - My Views”

Within 24 hours of bringing home two young cats I ended up at the vets with them and within a few days had an eye-watering bill. Fortunately I had been given insurance with Petplan and apart from a small blip when Petplan thought my papers had got lost in the post (they hadn't, they just hadn't been administered at that point and therefore were not on the system). I received my cheques before I needed to pay my credit card off and I was both very impressed and more importantly very grateful. There is no doubt whatsoever that the speed of service and comprehensive nature of the cover, influenced me in my decision to use Petplan to insure my pets.
