“Shocking Service”

Ordered stickers to be delivered to Gyle Edinburgh for delivery 8 days later. Required for outfits for team event in Moonwalk. Went to point of collection on allocated date to be told no delivery had been made. No alternative offered and refund could not be made in store, however if I came back to store 3days later delivery could be collected and refunded. 3 days later, back to shop to be told still no delivery. 3weeks on no goods and no refund. Shocking service and would never use again.
