the customer care centre is in south africa and they lie like its the most natural thing in the world, got told delivery tomorrow 4 times so waited in 4 days in a row, chair still not here, told two different delivery companies would deliver it. Told me they can not e mail outside work, told me they cant ring managers, sent me an e mail to confirm delivery but it did not show up, rang and spoke to one person then to check the truth I rang back and spoke to another and they gave a different story. Told me wrong name of manufacturer, told me they had spoken to courier when they had not, when I asked them to get courier to ring me on my mobile while i was on he land line to the they hung up. Booked a two hour call back from a manager its now 19 hours late! still no call, rang ASDA in leeds and they have no control , no systems to check, these south africans are running riot. shop elsewhere please
