“Discriminating Scamming ruthless illegal insurance...”

I called octagon to change my occupation, they tried to add a fine/fee of £53 when i explained im still working my notice of 10 weeks i was told i still had to pay now. I have since found from the regulators this was an illegal ploy to exploit money from its more vunerable customers. They prey on the old or misinformed customers they have, a truley ruthless insurance company who also down value your vehichle by half. They paid me £200 for a mint merc a class 2000 year, i had paid £1475 2 months before. They are now under review from regulators. I just cant beleive how they have lasted this long!
