“AVOID!!!!”

After being with o2 for some time i have found their customer service disgracful and they also need to consider training staff to help customers i am due a upgrade and when i went to do this they refused based of me being disconnected which was incorrect to start with their error which the owned up to and should not of been done that is why i was then reconnected due to staff mistakes and the right hand no knowing waht the left is doing i am now extremly Angry that not even a manger is willing to help meaning my contract has now ened which i needed and i am without a phone which i need and they say yes you are due a upgrade but sorry the computer says it was disconnected so theres nothing i can do even though i explained the. cicumstances and the can read the issue all they care about is money and the staff are rubbish at their jobs avoid
