I ordered for the first time from River Island online store a top with my Grazia Discount Code. The top arrived and was huge so I rang customer service to request an exchange for a smaller size of the same top. They told me they do not exchange and said I would need to reorder the top in a new order. I tried to do so and it would not accept the discount code so I rang again and was very rudely told that I could not have the discount on the replacement top. I asked to speak to a manager in customer service and was refused. I asked again to speak to a manager and again was told not to waste very busy managers time and they would not come to the phone or call me back - DISGUSTING SERVICE I am returning the item and will never shop there again!!!! EVER
PERHAPS THEY SHOULD STATE ON THEIR WEBSITE, NO EXCHANGES, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & VERY RUDE STAFF!!!!
