“Never received tickets to 1D and Viagogo never refunded me”

I bought tickets to the One Direction concert in Wembley, London June 2014 through Viagogo. One of the statements in their website is that if the tickets from the vendor do not arrive to the buyer they will refund your money back. Well, that is exactly what happened to me: the tickets to the concert never arrived, all I received was a letter from the vendor stating that I had to collect the tickets myself from the concert venue. At the concert venue they refused to give me any tickets, apparently they never had them! So I had to buy 2 new tickets to the concert. The ticket seller at Wembley called Viagogo on the spot and they apparently told him I will be reimbursed 100% for the my tickets. I also informed Viagogo of the situation via email, to date I have sent 10 emails with little or not response by the company. They have gone completely silent!

I have lost money, time and had a very stressful Saturday evening since my 9 year old daughter whose birthday we were celebrating with the concert could not stop crying due to the anxiety the situation had provoked for her.

Online transactions such as those Viagogo deals with are very much based on trust. They definitively lost mine. DO NOT USE THEM!
