“Service Exceptionally Good”

Masters Traditional Games was recommended to me by a colleague who had previously purchased the kit. I am quite keen to provide feedback on what I perceived to be good service; but excellent service is extremely rare. From the time the kit was ordered I was kept well informed of the progress to delivery. I was told about the courier company and even the name of the delivery person. Not on that but the estimated time of delivery.

It has been some time since I received service at this level and it was very very much appreciated.

Thank you so much Master Games for a very good experience. Oh, and the Traditional Games were spot on too.
