After being persuaded that I would be better off with t mobile and that I could monitor and pay my account online I now find that their website does not work and they now want a direct debit ( no chance ) so that they have access to my bank.
After calling them 3 times and being told that my online account was now activated I am now told by them that having an online account does not mean that I have access to my account online.
When they realise the game is up they simply put the phone down.
I would rate this company on a scale of 1 to 10 at minus 11.
