I purchased a waterproof hospital grade mattress and waterproof duvet from Furniture 24/7 for a client with learning disabilities on Thurs 4th June 2014 on next day delivery. Due to where he lives i didnt expect it the next day and called to check date of delivery. I was advised it would be delivered by Tues 9th June. It wasnt delivered and no communication from them. I called the after sales dept and was told by a very rude man "yeah well its not comin" "you'll get it on friday". I asked to speak to a manager and was told "No, theres no managers in this office,only me" before he hung up. It didnt arrive friday either and i called again and unfortunately got the same rude advisor on the phone who said it would be sent out on sat and we'd get it monday. When i complained this wasnt good enough he replied"well its Monday,if u dont like it i will cancel the order". I decided to call the sales dept who were very friendly and who didnt answer the phone with "yeah ?" but used a proper greeting. I explained the situation and asked to speak to a manager and was told no-one was available but theyd get a manager to call me back. I didnt get a call back. Monday came and went and still we didnt receive the items. I called the after sales dept again and yes i got the same ignorant man with the same ignorant attitude who told me it was being dispatched now and we'd get it on tues. I am sitting here now writing this review on Tues 17th June at 5.45pm and it has still NOT ARRIVED> I am going to cancel the order and pursue a refund through the credit card company. Awful company, Awful customer service and an Awful waste of your time if u use them . Take my advice and STAY CLEAR OF THESE CHARLATANS.
