I've had a terrible experience dealing with privilege. I had a claim for a broken wing mirror (not my fault) last year in November. They were extremely unhelpful. Many hours of trying to get through I still didn't get anywhere with them. I eventually repaired my car on my own and more than 6 months later, still trying to get my money back!! Awful people!!! Hope they go out of business!!
