“anglian windows faversham kent terrible customer service”

we had 8 windows fitted in april 2014. the windows are great .but the damage to tiles and kitchen window brickwork was not reported by the fitters but instead tried to cover the damage up with a mastic white substance. I complained to head office and they said inspector would be out the next day . no this did not happen. rang again and they said inspector would be there the next day .he did turn up but the first thing he said that tiles are not coverd by Anglian windows if damage caused by them? as for the brickwork and cover up they tried he agreed it was not good and we agreed a sum of £200 for the work to be done .this went on for many phone call and e mails txt to see when this money would be paid It seems they forgot to order the cheque but told me it was in the post .after several more phone calls and weeks later have had a telephone from the manager saying cheque will be in post today .well we will see when it turns up don't hold out much hope on this .I would not recommend this company on the basis that customer service and damage caused by fitters was terrible.
