“Moonpig has gone downhill”

Having used Moonpig for many years and found them very good, I have had 2 out of the last 4 gifts / cards delivered late. Their internet site has become slow and unresponsive recently during times near celebrations like mothers day, Valentines day, Easter etc. The first failed delivery in December,they blamed on the weather, yet they posted no warnings on their website even when weather was predicted several days in advance. The second failed delivery the weather was fine and they failed to get the goods to the courier in time. It is a shame as the quality of gifts and cards is good, but they seem to be unable to handle everyone's orders in busy periods. When things work they are good, but when there is a problem, they make no attempt to warn or contact you (as they have your money!). I will try other similar firms in the future to see how their service compares.
