“Terrible communication and "lost" package by Panther”

Do not use Parcel2go. Their customer service is abysmal- you can only access a 'live' text chat box, and the agents use cut and paste text to give answers which only slightly relate to what you are asking. I have been disconnected repeatedly and they claim to have no visible contact history, meaning you have to repeat everything constantly. I have been in touch with them five times this week and have still not received an answer.

My parcel was not collected 3 times in a row. When it was collected a week late They claimed to try and deliver it to me on four occasions, all of which I was at home and in the front room. When I pointed out that one supposed 'attempt' took place at the same time I was signing for another package the tracking data was magically altered to show a different time!! They have now claimed the delivery was successful, but I have not received for or signed for the parcel. It has essentially been stolen. Every time I try to contact them to ask what has happened; for a copy of the signature obtained by the driver; and to claim for the goods my chat is disconnected. I do not know how much this is parcel2go or the courier- Panther- themselves, but clearly both are at fault.

DO NOT USE!
