It's very difficult not to draw the conclusion that you're being milked for every penny every time you contact edreams. Lots of additional charges and premium lines and lengthy holds for seemingly little reason (with no hold music or messages). I was typing this while I was "being transferred" and it has just cut me off after approx 10 minute wait. One email I was sent was in such bad English it was almost impossible to figure out what it was they wanted from me. Due to an issue with some sports equipment my original flight booking was cancelled due to lack of details. They only informed me of this when I rang them to find out what was going on; excuse was it had been cancelled that morning (honest). Then when I came to rebook with them the flight was £50 more expensive and I had a much later return flight than I wanted. I was a fool to even think about rebooking with them. Hopefully the clamp down on premium lines will shut down companies like these. The direct contact I had with KLM was superb, well done to them.
