“Great to deal with”

Spoke to an advisor who was friendly and lively and engaging in conversation, which made the process seem effortless, would recommend thank you.
The only complaint would be the charge of £40 just to change details which I think is far too much, I think for a first change it should've free, then charge the £40 if you have to change things for another time, the cost is too much !
