I spent 2 hours trying to get my login all squared away because it wasn't accepting my new password. Called customer service twice. Then once i finished filling out all the information to transfer money i was notified i had to call a number for verify information. They asked me some questions then denied my transfer and wouldn't tell me why because of "security reasons". Total waste of time!!!! Don't offer to transfer money online if you're going to deny it for unknown reasons!
