I contacted the Nationwide Repair Centre for a quote to fix my Samsung Galaxy cracked screen, everything seemed above board to begin with, took payment for the service, sent a courier to collect my phone, communicated with me via email etc.
I received the phone back 6 days later with a fixed screen but the phone was now not working. I contacted them via email (as no one ever answers the phone number they give) and was told to return it to them. This was my error! Since returning it to them to fix under their warranty I have never heard from them again, no response to emails or the phone number they give. I was advised by the citizens advice bureau to send them a letter stating the consumer act etc which I did.
Long story short, still no response or phone returned. I have since found out the company consists of 2 people set up 6 months ago. I eventually reported them to the Police. A very expensive lesson learnt.
