“Very very poor”

I went with RPC as they made a big deal about taking customers bank details and paying the money for old phones directly into their account. Brilliant. For this reason I chose RPC as getting the money quickly was important. My freepost pack arrived with a letter claiming the money could be in my account in as little as 24 hours. Fantastic. Off the phone went!

After 3 days and no sign of a payment, I called up to see what was going on. I was told my phone had been inspected and was all good, and that my money would be with me in 3-5 days!!! Not what was claimed on the website or letter I said! Sorry, she replied. It will be with you soon.

Fast forward A WEEK and another phonecall, this time the man apologetically stated he did not know why the money had been sent, but that he would do it "right away"! Please allow 3-5 days. So for choosing a company that has a selling point of "instant payment", it has taken a week longer than if I had gone with someone that sends out cheques.

Not good! Stick with Envirofone or someone. They know what they're doing!!
