Shocked at the rude custom service! Clearly stated in their terms and conditions is the policy that you are allowed to cancel your order prior to dispatch. I placed mine on the Saturday and cancelled on the Sunday. I then received an email saying that I cannot cancel the order because they had already loaded the van! Yet I had not received an email saying it was even dispatched. It wasn’t until two days later that I received an email saying the order was dispatched. I told them that this was clearly against their terms and conditions but received no apology from them instead was told that I had to wait home to refuse the order from the courier! Why couldn’t they cancel the delivery themselves I can’t understand that. Furthermore two days after receiving the first dispatch email I received another email saying the order had just been dispatched! I emailed the company three times and not once could they reply. After I stayed home waiting for the courier only to tell him that I don’t want the delivery I then got a letter in the post from the courier saying that I need to pick up the package from their depot. I called the company only to be told that she would speak with the courier and arrange for it to be shipped back to them; no apology, no polite manners whatsoever, instead I had to ask how long before I would receive a refund. In the end 3 weeks after placing an order I finally received my money back! Any company that doesn’t adhere to its own legal conditions should be avoided! To add insult to injury their customer service personnel could stand to learn some basic manners and learn to apologise to customers!
