I applied for Post Office credit card through Topcashback in the hope that I would receive £40 as a cashback which was promised 100% but after getting the credit card and being with it for four months I still have not been given the cashback simply because this post office company does not want to.
So you will be disappointed with their customer services. Whenever you call they will say oh your details do not match with what we have in our system, full stop nothing else to make you comfortable or try to work out why the details are not matching. Also, I never received my statements on time and yet am receiving late penalty charges every now and then. This company works without any morals and have dented my good credit history because of their old fashioned system which cannot process payments faster or they are unable to take payments over the phone. How lame! I have never ever missed a payment for any other cards in my life but for them I have missed because of their way of communication. I have learned my lesson and would suggest others to be careful as well. Stay away from post office for your own good.
