I recently logged into purcahse a Dyson Hooverf and whilst browing the offer timed out, so I was really disappointed to miss out. I logged off and got an email to say that teh product was saved in my basket. I rang and advised what had happened and they agreed to offer me the product at the reduced price!!
What great customner service 10 out of 10.
