I originally took out a policy with Pets Plan Jun '13 and have had no claims thank goodness. Renewal year 2 terms were 12% up, so I found Direct Line, who handle all my other stuff were 20% cheaper. I emailed Pet Plan and asked them to re-consider (7 days notice) or else I would cancel the Direct Debit.
Of course there's been no response. Thank God I never had to make a claim. I'm now just waiting for them to get all pushy and nasty when they find the DD's stopped. They'll also probably deny receiving the Emails and want to charge accordingly. Actually I'm pleased this has transgressed as I've since learned their very poor on accepting claims any way. So much for Allianz!
When will these stupid companies ever apply common commercial politeness and respond to customer contact! It's the ignorance and apathy that's so riling!
