I have a extended warranty on a washing machine and it has become faulty so I rung the repair line on at half 9 on a Sunday as soon as they are open to be kept on hold for 20 mins to finally get through for a 2 min conversation for some one to tel me I can have a engineer in a week I explain I have 3 children and 2 adults in the house to be told sorry the earliest we can have a engineer is Friday so by the time I have paid for the call used a laundrette to have clean clothes my so called service plan is totally worthless really not happy
