I was booking a place in Switzerland for my family vacation. After booking the place I found that that the owner prices are lower than booking.com have on their site. I ask customer service to equal the price , but they refused claiming that the price is higher and they are cheaper.
I send them print screen , a link and I ask them to send me a details about their price but every time they send a different explanation and they try to intimidate me by paying a fine if I will cancel, although it is a free cancelation
Be aware , and check before ordering!
