We booked a journey to New York via Expedia. We planned to travel with four adults and a baby. We did not manage to book for all of us because the form you have to fill in can not decide between a baby who does not need an extra bed and an adult. After waiting about half an hour on the hotline, we were told to cancel the trip and book it again via phone. That is what we did. Today I realized that Expedia took the money for both bookings which is more than 8.000 (!) Euros. I tried to call again but nobody was available. I can not believe how people can be so unprofessional. Never again!
