“dont take car to kwik fit”

I am disabled driver i have motobilty car i had a screw in my tyre i have no spare just a can of puncture repair my tyre was going down pretty fast so i was panicking i went into my local Kwik fit (penicuik)it wasn't busy the guys were standing about i told guy at desk that my tyre was going down fast and that am a motobilty customer and could they take look to be told there is 45min wait mate or bring it back tomorrow said i cant sit down on wooden uncomfortable chair's i would be in great deal of pain only to be told huh not my problem mate i walked out this is second time this has happened first time it was for a free brake check turned out my brakes where dangerous i wounder if i was paying customer i would have been seen and more than likely ripped off i must say the Kwik fit in Edinburgh Dundee street are all fantastic i was in there total of 15mins tops why cant penicuik Kwik fit be that way don't take your car to penicuik Kwik fit if your motobilty customer you get treated like your disability is an inconvenience
