I'm a landlord and switched a couple of properties to them. Initially they were helpful and friendly but when problems arose they fobbed me off to SSE, having supposedly passed all the details over. That was rubbish. SSE hadn't heard anything and referred me back to Ebico. It's a devious and cunning way to do business but a terrible service for customers. Avoid at all costs.
