“Awful, Money grabbing, badly staffed and hidden extras!!!”

First things first... AVOID like the plague! I agree with the over 281 bad reviews! And not the 10 reviews from 2-5 stars. 281 Terrible reviews is saying something!! I didn't move my insurance money across when required by accident. But because there was not enough in my account to pay at that moment in time, I get charged from my bank but then find I also get a letter from Octagon saying they will cancel my policy in 10 days. Then the next day, payment is made plus an extra £20. But this is apprently because they outsource to premium credit a company who i assume deals with their finances. I have never been charged £20 from any insurance company in my life. It was the cheapest quote on a comparison website, but for good reason, it's also the worst and they add extra charges... Just after i joined i got asked if i wanted to add extra for legal cover and accident cover and all other charges. Wish people could see all the negativity about this company in other places other than this awful companies website. Don't use! Stay away, go for the slightly more expensive quote if you have to, at least you will be more looked after!!I mean you will only end up paying more with this company anyway.
