“Awful beyond words”

I am quite sure that this company would gladly leave the most vulnerable people in the dark on a rainy night far from home on the vaguest technicality. I was staggered to find that my attempts to extricate myself from a sticky predicament in France with a failed clutch master cylinder resulted in me forfeiting my recovery on the technicality that I "Had moved my vehicle" The fact that this had been achieved on the starter motor and second gear seemed to be meaningless to them. The real clincher was that it took two days of "We're working on your case now" before anyone felt ready to tell me about my disqualification from recovery due to a terms and conditions infringement. At no point did they offer me any suggestions as to how I might extricate myself. Massive fail! Green Flag should certainly warm people at the earliest opportunity about such "technicalities"
