“Flights And Packages - Flight only to Caribbean Yeeha!”

Friendly, polite staff member. Explained in details what you are paying for and ensure you are protected when paying by card. Responded to all questions raised and returned emails and when requested for them to call me back, there was no hesitation to do so.

Easy, straight forward, having the same person to continue with your booking from start to finish and not being thrown from pillow to post.

I would highly recommend their services.

The only downside was having to contact my bank to confirm amounts of payments pending to be taken out from my account, as trying to call the bank took most of the day. However, I see this as a safety factor to ensure that the card you use is your own and not someone's else.

I would have liked to have known there was an administration fee and also have been explained to me the procedure for payment when travel is within a short span. Saying that it worked out very well in the end.
