“French nightmare”

Our car broke down 975km from Calais. Green flag were less than helpful in finding us a hire car changed our proposed route back via the channel tunnel to the ferry and took over 24hrs to find us a hire car to do this. There staff were incompetent, confused as to what to do and where we were.
I am taking the matter further and would not recommend one thing about them to friends and family. Very poor
