the airline staff and flights where great, however the hotel siesta in Icmeler was poor the food wasn't too good and you didn't know what you were eating and the table cloths weren't clean. On our arrival we had to use the staff lift and most of the holiday and wasn't too clean either, the smell of cats near the eating area was unpleasant too. However the too stars go to the airport staff. good flights and the hotel staff who were friendly.
