“buying from the Plymouth store”

written by 38Higgins on 11/06/2014

I recently went in store with no clue on what bike to get, but many ideas on what I'd like it to be like. although on first entry there was no one free for me to talk to after a little while I was approached by the store manager, after a few questions he explained to me in good terminology the main differences between bikes. after narrowing it down he gave me a few suggestions within my budget, I set my eyes on the norco at first but found the gearing a bit clunky, it just not quite my cup of tea once I was out on it. I then went out on the scott speedster what I thought was a lovely bike I dont know if it was just because it was the perfect size for me, however this bike was a little out my price range but he just wanted to show me the difference and I could definitely see one. The link between the two he suggested a specialized allez c2 this in the end turned out to be the one I bought an have devoloped a love for already!

but overall the service was great and you could tell he had a passion for the sport rather than some money grabbing salesman youd normally see from a big chained store. even after saying about maybe not purchasing from the store he was still happy to help! ill definitely be going back in future for other bits!
