“Not reliable”

Having tried for almost 2 months to get used to the 'perfectly' correct prescription and fitting of my glasses, I had to re contact customer care and tell them yet again that I was not happy with my prescription and definitely not happy with the fitting and that I was not getting a fit for purpose service.I asked that could I have a refund and would they inform the branch prior to me going in.They did do this and assured me of a refund.The manageress was expecting me and agreed to my request on asking.I have since had another eye test and the results are completely different from that of the Boots test, no wonder I was feeling sick and disorientated with the others. I have a free eye test due to my age, but have had to pay for the second one. Once I have my new prescription and am able to wear them without the sickness I will be going into Boots Wakefield and asking for a refund on that eye test.
