Follow their tracking system that says delivery between 17:10 and 18:10 all day.
Make arrangements to be there for those times, in fact I'm home 40 minutes early.
On the door mat when I arrive is a 'Sorry we missed you' card from DPD. It has my name, date and time written on the card except, the driver's scribbled out the time!

What's the fcuking point having a tracking system that gives delivery times if it doesn't fcuking work.

This has now cost the retailer that used them. Delivery dealt with by other means.
