My husband purchased a sauté pan at the highclere show in berkshire. He was told by the demonstrator that METAL un tensile could be lightly used in it-what a sales pitch that was. Within a few days of using it he turned some sausages over and has marked the non stick in 15-20 places! On calling 'proven products' they said there's nothing they can do and it's safe to use. I won't be using a damaged non stick surface as I don't want to ingest the material. They say it's non toxic but I'm not converted. What a waste of money. I'll never buy a Woll pan again.
My main point is that Woll should have declared no metal utensils can be used in the pan and it has been falsely sold.
