I am with host.co.in for several years now. During that time, not only have I had almost zero downtime, but the support has been fantastic as well. Also, I can not think of a problem that support did not attend to promptly. I am also happy with their pricing and have often recommended them to friends and business associates. As a simple example, I had to change the domain name recently and the whole process was very professional. Everyone try to help and never I had to escalate the issues further up. The communication is really good, service representatives are knowledgeable enough to help and explain solutions in a way that less experienced users can understand. I'd definitely recommend host.co.in to everyone.
