“aggressive marketing tactics - steer clear”

Never been a customer, but they got my details when I rang them for a quote a few years ago. Just had a cold call from them. I stated I didn't want to receive calls from them and asked to be taken off their database. The woman ignored me and asked about my insurance. I repeated my request and she ignored me again and just carried on with her script of quesitons. I put the phone down and went to register my displeasure on their web site, only to discover their site was down. I've also noticed the marketing bumph they send through the post is labelled IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED. That's misleading, isn't it?
