I joined eharmony 3 years ago and it was terrible then. I've just joined again and was pleased to discover that the site has changed significantly but was disappointed to learn that the same problems are still there. Eharmony still sends you matches that have no photos or who have not logged on for some considerable length of time. I don't understand the 'What if...' matches. They seem to have more photos than my normal matches but one thing that is for certain is that none of the 'What if...' matches will ever respond. Eharmony now seems to send you more matches than before but they clearly are not based on the questionnaire that you have to fill in when you join but your settings such as age, distance etc, so really it is a waste of time.
The only thing that has improved is that its so much easier to close a match. Otherwise, eharmony is still terrible.
