I ordered a pair of boots online with a standard delivery. Not only have i not received the item yet, but when you go on to the website for Hermes the delivery company that they use, there isn't even a contact number to speak to a human being... I have spoke to the customer service dept after being put on hold for nearly 30mins.. finally spoke to someone to be told that she didn't know where my item was and that i could have a next day delivery if i pay another £50 and Topshop will refund my account in 10 days!
I will never ever use this site again, And to be honest a customer service department should be more helpful and willing to HELP the customer rather than fobbing them off saying that someone will get back to them in 72 hours. Totally not good enough. I've spent £50 for a 'floating' item.
Topshop you stink.
