“Returning customer”

I have used clearcut before and decided to go with them again. Our hen weekend in Bournemouth was brilliant. Before we departed I expressed a few concerns about the hotel we had been allocated, clearcut got straight on the case and resolved any issues we had. I would definitely recommend checking out the hotel you're allocated once booking as it may be far from your planned activity or rooms may be a little crammed in with people, but like I said, once I'd emailed them they sorted it. Our spa day was also great, and very well organised.
