What a complete waste of time. I moved from Sky to talktalk, or should I say I tried to move to talktalk. They took the payment and confirmed a date for the engineer. I got a letter stating that the number had rejected, so I called talktalk. The call centre is based overseas and the it is very hard to understand them, or for them to understand me. The guy on the phone eventually found my details and reassured me that everything was in order and the engineer would be out on the day. My wife stayed in all morning, but no engineer arrived. I called talktalk and they then advised the number has been rejected and the order has been cancelled!!
The call centre staff are completely useless and are not interested in helping anyone.
